Here Is What You Will Be Doing

Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including Polaris power sports selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork

Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used Polaris

Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions

Present customer deal structure and additional finance products

Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction

Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast of new Polaris products, features, accessories, etc.

Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

Arrange for delivery and registration of Polaris.

Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Need

Powersports Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred

Strong communications skills.

Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Valid driver’s license

High School Diploma/GED is required
