Meet with customers in retail environments to introduce available services Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions that match their lifestyle or business needs Assist new customers through the enrollment and activation process Provide excellent customer service and follow up support after enrollment Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and team development workshops Work toward individual and team performance goals while building long term client relationships Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with clients Goal oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new systems, products, and sales strategies Compensation and Benefits
