We Care Spa has been a destination for transformation: fasting, detox, deep wellness for over 40 years just outside of Palm Springs. The guests who call us aren’t shopping around—they’re ready to invest in themselves and need someone who truly understands what that means to guide them across the finish line.
The Opportunity We Care Spa is one of the most established wellness retreats in Southern California just outside of Palm Springs. Following a major renovation and expansion, we are rebuilding our sales team from the ground up and this is the hire that leads everything.
What You’ll Do Own the inbound pipeline
Handle warm inbound leads that are provided, and lapsed client outreach
Guide prospective guests through a consultative, high‑touch sales conversation
Ask for the sale with confidence and close at a premium, not by defaulting to the discounts on packages
Follow up persistently and professionally until a booking decision is made
Lead and develop the team
Oversee and mentor 2–3 sales reps once onboarded
Set the standard for call quality, response times, and follow‑up discipline
Coach reps on objection handling, rapport building, and closing with integrity
Help hire additional reps as the team grows
Build and optimize the system
Own the CRM by maintaining accurate pipeline data, tracking close rates, and flagging drop‑offs
Establish and hold response time standards across the team
Collaborate with the CEO on pricing, package positioning, and sales scripts
Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue outlook
What We’re Looking For Experience
3‑5 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity
Background in luxury retail, high‑ticket wellness, luxury hospitality, spa/retreat, integrative health, or life coaching sales — strongly preferred
Proven track record closing premium packages ($3,000–$15,000+) over the phone
Experience managing and mentoring sales staff
CRM proficiency and comfort with pipeline reporting
