Job Description We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and professional Sales Lead Generator to represent Closet Factory inside our retail partner location. As the first point of contact, you’ll be stationed at a branded kiosk where you’ll engage with shoppers, introduce them to our custom storage solutions, and schedule free in-home design consultations with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively greet and engage retail customers in-store at various Closet Factory venues
Educate shoppers about our custom closet and home organization services
Collect basic contact information and schedule appointments for design consultationsMaintain a professional, clean, and welcoming sales area
Track and report lead activity daily
Collaborate with local sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Outgoing, friendly personality with strong people skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with shoppers
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Professional appearance and demeanor
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
Able to work weekends and peak retail hours as needed
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light materials (e.g., brochures, samples)
