Automotive Sales Consultant
to join our growing team in Hodgkins, IL.
We are seeking candidates with prior sales or automotive experience—but we’re also happy to
train the right individual
who brings strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac brands
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to delivery
Follow up with leads and maintain long term customer relationships
Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and financing options
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements Preferred:
Previous automotive or retail sales experience
Not required — we will train the right candidate who demonstrates:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and self motivated
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
Comfort using technology and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
