Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their operational goals
Present, demonstrate, and sell agricultural equipment and related products
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Manage sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales
Collaborate with service, parts, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in marketing and promotional events to generate leads and sales
What You Bring to the Team
Background in agriculture or agricultural equipment sales preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
A customer‑first attitude and a commitment to quality service
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Must meet and maintain insurable driving status and pass pre‑employment drug screening
