How Do You Fit In? As the Sales Lead, you will provide a top-tier retail customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You will leverage innovative technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and stores. Working with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates, you'll help customers

Responsibilities
Embark our culture and help customers live their passion.
Engage customers with knowledge about our products.
Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Train and give feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate staff to meet performance goals.
Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
Maintain store merchandising standards.
Provide feedback for business improvement.
Aim for excellence in meeting store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, and Quality.
Serve as a resource for product knowledge.
Achieve personal sales and sales goals.
Ensure safety and security standards are met.
Assist with unpacking inventory, handling boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.
Required Skills
Minimum 1-year retail experience; management experience a plus.
Knowledge of active lifestyle activities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with large teams and in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivated and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to move, stand, and perform related tasks.
