Position Overview: The New Car Salesperson is responsible for building lasting customer relationships and guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process. This role requires expert knowledge of vehicles, features, and technology to provide professional demonstrations and answer customer questions. The salesperson actively follows up with buyers, overcomes objections, and works to generate referral business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the position requires a positive, energetic attitude and a commitment to achieving sales goals, including availability to work Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow‑up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Qualifications:
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s.
Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
Energetic personality.
Clean driving record.
Must have sales or customer experience!!
