Use consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and guide them to the right vehicle
Become a product expert by learning vehicle features, technology, packages, and benefits
Conduct high‑quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business
Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales scenarios
Report objectives, daily activities, and performance updates to the Sales Manager
Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and your best effort every day
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Self‑starter with ambition and a strong desire to succeed
Eager to learn new products, technology, and sales techniques
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
