What You’ll Do:
Work directly with customers in-store, online, and over the phone
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
Build value in the product and dealership experience
Follow up with leads quickly and consistently
Maintain strong product knowledge on new and used inventory
Set and achieve personal sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
