Responsibilities
Drive membership growth by selling new memberships, processing renewals, and gaining referrals
Follow up on leads on phone or application from web inquiries, referrals, and renewal
With strong knowledge of equipment and amenities conduct customized tours to potential new members and sell membership
Support daily operations, including cleaning tasks assigned by management
Build strong relationships with members and the local community
Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events
