As a Fitness Sales Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, lead follow up, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness. Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym Answer phone calls and assist members Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings Provide an excellent onboarding experience Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous customer service or sales experience Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexible work from home options available.
