We’re looking for a
Mid-Level Service Desk Agent
to join one of our clients in
New York
for a
6‑month onsite engagement
supporting a fast‑paced
trading environment . What you’ll do
Provide onsite IT support to employees, including high‑touch support for the trading desk. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Support and maintain
Bloomberg Terminal
and trading applications. Assist with voice/telephone systems and technical setups. Deliver excellent customer service while resolving issues quickly. ✅
What we’re looking for
Mid-level experience in
Service Desk or End User Support Experience in
financial services or trading environments
is a plus Familiarity with
Bloomberg Terminal
preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Location:
New York (Onsite) ⏰
Schedule:
6:00 AM — 3:00 PM (aligned with trading operations) Duration:
6‑month contract
