Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Associate

Compensation: $30.00 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a valid insurance license and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance coverage. You will be responsible for building relationships, assessing client needs, and providing expert guidance on insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
Explain coverage options, policy terms, and conditions clearly
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Stay informed about industry trends and product updates
Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Must hold a current and valid insurance license in California
Proven experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized
