SPA SALES ASSOCIATE Full time or Part time Position available
Earn between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour.
OVERVIEW Hand & Stone Spa in Algonquin is looking for outgoing, professional and sales-oriented Spa Sales Consultant to join our growing team
RESPONSIBILITIES Spa Sales Associate responsibilities include:
Ability to answer any client questions and give recommendations
Customize services for clients to match their needs
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Ability to educate and sell the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program
Sell gift cards, and spa packages.
Promote member retention and handle client accounts
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Meet personal and spa sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Effectively communicate client concerns with management
Team Player
QUALIFICATIONS Spa Sales Associate candidates will possess the following:
Previous membership sales and customer service experience preferred
Driven to achieve both personal and spa sales goals
Energetic and enjoy working with people
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Willingness to gain knowledge of products and services
Must be professional at all times with clients
Possess strong phone and computer skills
Reliable transportation to and from the spa
Weekend availability is required
