Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated
Bilingual Retail Sales Associate (English/Spanish)
to join our Union City team. We are looking for energetic, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy sales, helping people, and earning uncapped commission in a fast‑paced retail environment. This is an in‑store position (not remote). What You’ll Do:
Sell wireless phones, prepaid service plans, and accessories Activate new lines and process upgrades Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish Meet and exceed sales and activation goals Upsell accessories and protection plans Build long‑term customer relationships Maintain a clean and organized retail environment What We’re Looking For:
Retail or commission‑based sales experience preferred Comfortable working toward sales goals Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Weekend availability required Experience in wireless, phone stores, prepaid services, or commission‑based roles is a strong plus. Compensation & Growth:
$13–$17 hourly base (based on experience) Uncapped commission Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) eligibility after 1 year Paid training Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and Store Manager Top performers can significantly increase earnings through commission. Schedule:
