Job Title : Racquet Shop Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Job Pay Rate : $16.00/ per hour.

Do you enjoy customer service and have a passion for Tennis and Pickleball? If so, join our Racquets team as our next Racquet Shop Sales Associate. You will assist in the back office duties as well as on the floor of the Tennis Pro Sho. This is your opportunity to bring together your passion for people and your passion for Tennis and/or Pickleball.
Handle all opening and closing procedures
Operate computer and cash register
Assist with bi‑annual inventory
Maintain overall order of Racquet Shop
Keep shoe room clean, with sizes in order
Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise
Take court reservations and tennis/pickleball lesson reservations over telephone and in person
Interact and coordinate with teaching staff to ensure guest needs are met
Assist with maintenance of staff restroom
Monitor level of guest towels and alert pros when you need more
Monitor all shop supplies and forms, including but not limited to daily lesion sheets/logs, register and journal tape, general office supplies
Assist Director of Tennis with tennis reservations
Attend all Racquet staff meetings and report on your area of responsibility
Communicate with existing and prospective clientele by telephone to increase participation and to ensure that clinics, camps, and programs are filled
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we are looking for:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ months of retail or office experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills
