Baker + Sunday Farmers Market Rep (Part-Time ~25 hours)
Small Baking Co. is hiring a part‑time team member to support both bakery production and our Sunday farmers market. This is a hands‑on role combining early morning baking with customer‑facing sales.
Schedule
Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (bakery production)
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (farmers market)
Possibility for Saturday morning bake shift (3:30 AM – 8:30 AM) if more hours are wanted!
Responsibilities
Packing orders, cleaning, and general bakery tasks
Sunday market setup, sales, and breakdown
Customer service and payment handling
Requirements
2+ years professional bakery or relevant experience
Strong work ethic, reliable, and team‑oriented
Comfortable with fast‑paced, physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Friendly and confident with customers
Must have own vehicle and good driving record
Pay & Perks $19/hour, weekend tips, mileage reimbursement, market trade stipend, 35% off baked goods – 3‑month performance‑based raise, yearly raises
