Responsibilities
Dare
to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand, acting as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Craft
loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation. Deliver on KPIs, cross-train across store functions, and mentor new team members while living the values: Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented seller. Strong communication skills with a sense of Care in written and verbal handling. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization. Minimum age 18 years and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work. Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability for peak hours or critical shifts including weekends. Benefits
