Phillips Chevrolet is currently accepting applications for talented, outgoing and motivated single point of contact Sales Specialists.We offer paid, on-the-jobtraining through our renowned Phillips University strictlydedicated to your success;from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This is a full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week including Saturdays. Dealership closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Example of work schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, 11am-7pm, (2) 9am-7pm, 1 day off during week and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm.

What We Offer
Full-time Weekly Salary of $400.00
Management is only promoted from within
On-the-job paidtraining through our successful Phillips University at$17.50 per hour plus flats for 30-60 days
Non-commission pay plan
Up to $1,000 flat rates per sold
Lucrative Monthly Bonus Levels
Even distribution of both daily web leads as well as daily floor traffic
First come first serve phone ups at your desk
Paid on google reviews, dealer rater reviews and facebook check-ins
Paid on back-end products
CRM organization of prospects, clients and leads
All management is promoted from within the organization

Responsibilities
Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Receives the leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back up help from the Sales BDC
Sales sells all the products including aftermarket and backend products
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
