Sell Quick Tampa is a real estate wholesaling company based in Tampa, FL. We find off‑market properties, help motivated sellers move on quickly, and close deals fast. We're growing, and we need a driven Sales Development Representative to work our leads pipeline every day.
This is a phone‑heavy sales role. You'll be the first point of contact for motivated sellers — qualifying them, building rapport, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission on deals you help close, with strong on‑target earnings for reps who perform.
No real estate license required. If you've sold before — phones, cars, insurance, retail, door‑to‑door — you already have the foundation we're looking for. We'll train you on the rest.
