Keeler Toyota of Westport is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
BDC Sales Associate
to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is driven to achieve results.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming sales internet and phone inquiries while proactively pursuing customer leads
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text
Schedule appointments for the sales team and drive showroom traffic
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the BDC Manager and team to ensure all sales opportunities are handled efficiently
Complete daily follow-up and organizational tasks
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license
1–2 years of prior Sales or BDC experience preferred
Self-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and success-driven
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Team-oriented mindset with the desire to achieve both individual and team goals
