What You'll Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or currently pursuing Strong English communication skills for customer and team interactions Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to work a flexible schedule. Including evenings/night, holidays, & weekends. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code Reliable and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods Capability to move throughout the store Physical ability to handle merchandise and maintain store appearance
Training and Development
Comprehensive POS system training provided Expected POS system proficiency within 3 months Ongoing professional development opportunities
