FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative
FASTSIGNS is a custom graphics company providing solutions from simple to complex, functional to fabulous. Our CSR works with clients to understand their goals or the problem they're trying to resolve, then develops a customized solution to meet their needs.
The CSR coordinates with the graphics, production, and installation teams to assure the design will communicate effectively, the appropriate material/fabrication is determined, and the finished product is properly installed.
Our customers are as diverse as the range of solutions we provide. Virtually every business in every industry needs and uses signs and graphics to communicate both internally and with the public. They have a message and we develop customized solutions to convey that message.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand goals and resolve problems.
Develop customized design solutions.
Coordinate with graphics, production, and installation teams.
Ensure effective communication and appropriate material selection.
Employment Details Full-time position, hours 9-5:30 Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $18-$25/hr based on experience.
