Accessible Space Inc. (ASI), a national nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and supportive services for individuals with physical disabilities, seniors, and veterans, is now hiring a full‑time Property Management Representative for a newly developed 100‑unit affordable housing community for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Our
Property Management Representative
will play a key role in supporting residents to ensure their success in securing and maintaining permanent housing by functioning as a liaison between residents and on‑site, local, and community resources.
Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate records according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Assist ASI staff with intake and the certification. Oversee resident move‑in and move‑out procedures
Partner with Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) with the implementation and management of the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract
Produce monthly reporting as required by the Regional Housing Manager
Effectively market Visions Park Apartments to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities and assist with fundraising efforts as requested
Work closely with on‑site supportive service providers including the Blind Center of Nevada, and with local advocates
Qualifications
A minimum of two years of successful work experience in property management.
Ability to identify and respond appropriately to health, safety, and maintenance concerns within a residential setting
Excellent organizational skills and strong written and oral English communication skills to ensure the ability to communicate effectively and positively with residents
Proficiency in MS Word and its applications, and a working knowledge of Excel and its applications
Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information
Ability to sit and effectively maintain focus for prolonged periods, working in a busy environment with multiple distractions
Adequate visual acuity to read/review documents (on paper and electronically), ability to hear spoken conversations, ability to participate in spoken conversations, and the ability to communicate effectively via interpreters
