Roofing Sales Representative (Residential & Commercial)
Location: Austin, TX
Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Representative to support residential and commercial roofing projects. This role focuses on generating new business, guiding customers through the sales and project process, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, comfortable working in a field-based environment, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and property owners to evaluate roofing needs
Explain available services, materials, and project timelines
Guide customers through insurance-related processes when applicable
Serve as the main point of contact from initial consultation through project completion
Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams
Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate project handoff
Follow established sales processes and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
