MedSinoChina, Los Angeles, CA, United States
Location: United States (Remote)
Company: MedSinoChina
We’re Hiring: Health Sales Consultant (US Market)
About Us MedSinoChina is a Shanghai-based patient support platform dedicated to helping international patients access high-quality medical care in China.
We work closely with leading hospitals and top specialists across China, supporting patients throughout their journey — from consultation and hospital coordination to interpretation and post‑treatment care.
Our focus areas include complex conditions, autoimmune diseases (such as lupus), dental implants (All‑on‑4 / All‑on‑6), orthopedics, and integrative therapies.
About the Role We are looking for a Health Sales Consultant based in the United States to support our growing international patient network.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare, understands patient needs, and is comfortable guiding individuals through important medical decisions.
You will be the first point of contact for potential patients — helping them understand treatment options in China and supporting them through the decision‑making process.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads (social media, referrals, campaigns) and provide timely, empathetic responses
Understand patients’ medical needs and recommend suitable treatment pathways in China
Clearly explain procedures, expected outcomes, and overall patient journey
Build trust with patients and their families throughout the consultation process
Coordinate with internal teams in China to ensure accurate information and smooth case handling
Follow up consistently to support conversion and patient onboarding
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progress
What We’re Looking For
Based in the United States
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, patient coordination, or consultative sales is preferred
Ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and human way
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
Self‑driven and comfortable working remotely across time zones
Interest in global healthcare and cross‑border medical solutions
Why Join Us
Be part of a fast‑growing international healthcare initiative
Work closely with leading hospitals and cutting‑edge treatments in China
Make a real impact by helping patients access life‑changing care
Flexible remote working environment
Opportunity to grow with an emerging global healthcare platform
How to Apply If you’re interested, feel free to apply via LinkedIn or reach out directly.
We’re not just building a business — we’re helping patients find hope across borders.
