Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Arborist, based in Lake Elmo, MN. The Arborist will be responsible for performing tree evaluations, identifying tree species and health conditions, and implementing proper arboricultural techniques to maintain, remove, or treat trees. Additional duties include operating and maintaining tree care equipment, conducting risk assessments, ensuring environmental safety, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Forestry and Arboriculture practices
Proficiency in Tree Identification and understanding of tree biology
Certified Arborist credentials or equivalent certification preferred
Familiarity with the safe use of tree care equipment and tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of Minnesota's tree species and local environmental considerations is a plus
