We’re partnered with a growing technology business seeking a

Partner Director – AI & Data Practice

to drive revenue through strategic partner‑led sales motions. This is a quota‑carrying role focused on building and closing net new business through referral, co‑sell, and joint pursuit activity across AI and data solutions.

The Role This is a senior commercial role for someone who can own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, working closely with internal teams and strategic partners to win new logos and expand into whitespace accounts.

You’ll act as the bridge between the partner ecosystem, customers, and internal stakeholders, shaping joint go‑to‑market plans and turning partner capability into real pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead referral and co‑sell motions to generate net new customer opportunities.

Build and execute joint pursuit strategies across greenfield and whitespace accounts.

Own the full sales cycle from first engagement through to close.

Develop compelling proposals that translate customer pain into partner‑enabled solutions.

Build territory and account plans focused on new logo acquisition and long‑term growth.

Maintain a strong, forward‑looking pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting.

Work cross‑functionally to align resources, messaging, and execution.

Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and partner innovation.

Candidate Profile

Proven success winning new business through partner‑led sales motions.

Strong track record building early‑stage pipeline and closing net new deals.

Experience selling AI and data solutions from large strategic partners

Deep understanding of consultative, value‑based selling in complex enterprise environments.

Strong territory planning and whitespace account development experience.

Confident with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical sales experience preferred.
