Core Sales Representative – Personal Safety Division
Location:
Remote, Northern California and Reno, Nevada
Travel:
Up to 40% domestic

About the Role Responsible for covering the assigned territory, building and managing relationships with end users and distributors, and representing the entire PSD product portfolio. Will achieve sales objectives through coverage of accounts within the assigned territory.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Establishment and Achievement of Objectives:
Effectively manage the assigned territory and sales goals; develop tactics to meet quarterly and annual objectives and recommend adjustments.
Sales and Marketing:
Apply marketing policies, achieve sales results, demonstrate and train customers, provide support services, report market conditions, and work with business groups to identify target audiences.
Coordination and Planning:
Plan and manage time and resources for coverage, communication, and other responsibilities while adhering to budget guidelines.
Administration:
Maintain account and prospect information and sales support materials.
Leadership:
Exhibit leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers; build collaboration; provide direction and mentoring.
Development:
Continuously learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, and applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, completed prior to start.
OR High School Diploma with eight (8) years of safety or industrial sales experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
Safety Industry experience with Personal Protective Equipment.
Selling through Industrial Distribution.
Selling into end‑user companies.
Competent selling skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Effective time and territory management skills.
Proficiency with Personal Computer software and online sales support systems.
Experience with listed personal safety product categories.
Bilingual – English/Spanish strongly preferred.
