Position Purpose
To provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge every guest
Demonstrate solid product knowledge
Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements
Demonstrate friendly and helpful service to all customers consistently
Make burritos, nachos, tacos and other food items as per customer's request
Suggest additional items to the customer
Follow all food handling, hygiene and safety processes and procedures
Ensure all fresh food cases are stocked and maintained
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers, including scanning or inputting barcodes
Ring each item on the correct key
Minimize cash discrepancies so they do not exceed +/- $5.00 per day
Meet or exceed customer service standards
Stock the floor as needed
Complete housekeeping tasks as needed
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention

Paid Time Off (PTO)
– Full‑time non‑exempt employees accrue PTO at a rate of one week for the first year of employment and two weeks after two years of employment.

Paid Sick Leave (PSL)
– Part‑time and seasonal employees accrue PSL at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, usable after 90 days. A maximum of 24 hours PSL per year may be used, with a cap of 48 hours accrued.

Special Position Requirements Must obtain a California Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment.
Cash handling is required. Cash discrepancies must not exceed +/- $5.00 per day.
Exposure to cleaning products, paint, and other chemicals is required.
Equipment Used Tortilla warmer, hot pans, crock pots, knives, CO2.
