From building displays to keeping draft systems pouring perfectly, you’ll play a critical role in how our brands show up and perform. What You'll Do: Merchandise and maintain product displays in grocery, chain, and convenience accounts Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draft beer systems to ensure top-quality pours Rotate product and ensure code dates and freshness standards are met Build and protect premium shelf space and displays Assist with resets and seasonal rollouts in key accounts Cover sales routes when needed and support the broader team Manage a schedule of weekly account visits across your territory Communicate with customers and internal teams to solve issues quickly and effectively What Makes You a Great Fit: Detail-oriented - you catch the small things that make a big difference Strong time management and organizational skills - you can plan your day and execute it Problem solver - you think on your feet and handle challenges in real time Great communicator - you build relationships and represent the brand well Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Physically capable of lifting and moving product (including heavy, repetitive lifting) A valid, unexpired driver’s license with a clean DMV record and reliable transportation. The role is for 20-25 hours per week, primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with some flexibility in the specific hours. There is also the potential for additional hours in the future. Please note that this role requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or other business needs. This is an active, field-based position that involves lifting, organizing, climbing, and moving between accounts. It is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys staying busy and working on-site rather than in an office setting. Requirements Physical Requirements: The role requires a moderate level of physical activity, including the ability to handle products generally weighing 0 - 165 pounds on occasion, as well as bending and stooping.
