The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking seasonal Summer Tour Guides to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. Our ideal candidates are looking for jobs that allow them to explore the beauty and adventure that Nova Guides offers while being part of a team-based organization, committed to delivering great experiences for guests.
Pay $16.00 – $18.00 / hour

What will you do?
Transport guests and associates in a safe manner.
This position requires the employee to drive company vehicles; the successful applicant will have an unrestricted driver’s license and can pass a DOT physical.
Ensure proper maintenance is performed on the ATVs, Side-by-sides, and Jeeps; report any mechanical or safety problems to management.
Fly-fishing knowledge a bonus as we provide Fly-Fishing trips to our guests.
Follow regularly assigned routes and schedules.
Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately.
Always maintaining a safe atmosphere for our guests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
More about you
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
Must be able to operate ATVs, Side-by-sides, and Jeeps safely.
previous experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
Must be at least 18 years old
Physical requirements
Vision must be sufficient that the driver is not restricted in performing duties day or night.
Must be able to sit for long periods.
Must be able to stand and bend for long periods.
Must be able to hear traffic and security radio.
Must be able to speak clearly and communicate well.
