We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Sales Lot Attendant to join our team and support our sales operations.

As a Sales Lot Attendant at Olympia Kia, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory while ensuring our lot is welcoming and ready for customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.

Sales Lot Attendant Responsibilities

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom

Park, move, and arrange vehicles to ensure an attractive and efficient display

Assist with receiving and inspecting new vehicle shipments

Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged for customer viewings and test drives

Install dealer tags and assist with vehicle merchandising

Monitor lot inventory and report any damage or maintenance needs

Assist the sales team with vehicle retrievals and customer deliveries

Keep the lot free of debris and maintain a safe, professional environment

Qualifications

Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift

Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus, but not required

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
