Role Description Wanakah Country Club is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time BagRoom - Outside Services team member. This is an on-site position located in Hamburg, NY. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and guests with golf bags, preparing and maintaining golf carts, keeping the bag storage area organized, cleaning equipment, and supporting other outside services as needed. The role also involves ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding experience for members during their visits.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for members and guests
Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
Basic golf knowledge and familiarity with handling golf equipment is preferred
Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and perform tasks requiring physical effort
Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
Previous experience in a country club, golf course, or hospitality environment is a plus
