What does the role entail? This entry‑level cook position requires good communication skills as well as previous line experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Full‑time availability required with no restrictions for Spring Break and the Summer Season through Labor Day.
California Food Handlers Certification required.
