Sales Support Representative Job Status: Salary Work Schedule: Mon-Fri Reports to: Sales Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Positions Supervised: None Travel Required: 10%

Job Summary We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for entering customer purchase orders, preparing quotes and supporting the market by proactively responding to customer queries and promoting our products. You’ll work closely with the outside sales team to ensure world‑class customer service.

Essential Functions/Duties

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Ability to cross‑sell and up‑sell

Prospect and contact potential customers

Support customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner

Prepare and deliver quotes, enter orders and track order progress throughout the sales cycle

Maintain customer communication and share on order developments

Create sales material to present to customers

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

College degree preferred or 2+ years sales experience

Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) platforms is a plus

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, JDE, Oracle)

Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers

Strong negotiation skills

High level of organization and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
