What You’ll Do
Consult & Educate:
Listen to customers' skin concerns and curate personalized routines using our 600+ clean beauty SKUs.
Create an Experience:
Transform a simple shopping trip into a spa-like discovery session.
Drive Results:
Meet and exceed sales goals by building genuine relationships and brand loyalty.
Lead the Floor:
Maintain a beautiful, inviting store environment that smells as good as it looks.
Who You Are
The Skincare Enthusiast:
You have a genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and ingredient integrity.
The People Person:
You are outgoing, confident, and find joy in helping others feel comfortable in their own skin.
The Professional:
You have 1+ year of retail experience and a track record of hitting sales targets.
The Flexible Team Player:
You’re available for
nights, weekends, and holidays

The Details
Pay:
$16.00 -$17.00 per hour (BOE)
Location:

Requirements:
