Overview We are looking for a dedicated Cocktail Server who will enhance guest satisfaction through friendly interaction and impeccable beverage service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages.
Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences.
Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders.
Conduct yourself in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and carry a serving tray with multiple items.
Must have or be able to obtain a Casino Employee Registration (CER) license upon hire.
