Entry-Level Parts Sales & Shipping Clerk
Pape’ Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Counterperson I to join our team.

What You’ll Do
Respond to customer needs for parts in person or by telephone at the branch.
Determine customer parts needs through literature, computer programs, and parts knowledge, and recommend parts or services.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and parts and the associated costs.
Complete all necessary paperwork on each transaction accurately and timely.
Respond to customers by telephone or in person, providing quotes or estimates for parts.
Process credits, make adjustments, and monitor restocking charges on all parts sales.
Operate a forklift to handle pallets of product (training available).
What You Need
Self‑motivated, winning attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Prior history with counter sales or parts inventory preferred.
Strong communication skills with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and services.
Good computer skills and basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and search engines.
Above‑average organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation $17–19/hr (depending on experience)
