$17/hour | 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
Flexible Shifts:
Mon–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Mon–Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Create and categorize support tickets, documenting issues clearly
Follow troubleshooting steps and help update process documentation
