Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, FL is looking for a Part-Time Automotive BDC Agent (Weekend Position). This is an outstanding opportunity to join a 101-year-old, highly regarded, family-owned dealership. We offer our associates a team-oriented environment, great benefits, and ongoing training and support.
Our Automotive BDC Agents and Appointment Setters are trained to help guide customers through the selection process and find a vehicle that matches their budget and lifestyle. Many of our BDC Agents grow into full-time sales positions within the dealership!
Schedule
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online using phone, text, video, and email
Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using Dimmitt Chevrolet's sales process
Build rapport with customers
Answer internet leads within the store’s required timeframe
Answer incoming sales calls and set appointments
Confirm customer appointments
Make outbound follow-up calls on customer inquiries
Maintain factory training and product knowledge
Qualifications
Valid Florida driver’s license
Good driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
Honesty and integrity
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Upbeat, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong, reliable, and punctual work ethic
Sense of urgency
Willingness to learn proven processes
