Description and Requirements As a Retail Coverage Merchandiser II Walmart – SMUCKERS at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Install and place promotional materials per instructions so client products stand out.
Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Acosta’s field technology on a company‑issued device.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
How You’ll Succeed
Own your store(s) and build relationships to become the go‑to Acosta resource.
Work independently while staying connected to the Walmart family.
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
Leverage support and share best practices across Walmart teams nationwide.
Contact your direct manager for help with store challenges.
Complete work within the provided timeframe.
Follow detailed instructions to get tasks right the first time.
Provide accurate data and photos following instructions.
Report your work the same day you complete it.
