As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure

Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy

Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone

Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream

Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out

Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages

Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred

Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor

Willingness to exceed guest expectations

Great communication, organization, and math skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product

Minimum age 18 years or older

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Legally eligible to work in the United States
