Responsibilities
Guest Experience Guru:
Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met from start to finish.
Menu Mastermind:
Know the menu inside and out — ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines — to guide guests like a pro.
Accuracy Ace:
Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, with attention to detail that keeps orders spot-on and guests happy.
Table Tactician:
Juggle multiple tables with ease, keep service smooth, spaces clean, and maintain composure in high-pressure moments.
Payment Pro:
Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols.
Cleanliness Champion:
Keep the service area spotless and safe by following hygiene regulations and certification standards.
Stamina Specialist:
Stay energized and on your feet — lift, bend, and move with strength and endurance throughout your shift.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.
