Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, listen to concerns, and document vehicle issues accurately.
Create service orders and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Communicate repair recommendations and technical information to customers in an understandable way.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and labor performed.
Follow up with customers regarding service status, recalls, or maintenance reminders.
