We are seeking an experienced
Powder Coater Painter
to join our production team. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by applying high-quality powder coating finishes to metal and manufactured parts. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating powder coating equipment and spray guns while maintaining high-quality and consistency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the production team to support daily manufacturing operations
Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes to metal or manufactured parts
Prepare surfaces and materials prior to powder coating application
Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality standards
Operate and maintain spray guns to ensure proper application and color consistency
Inspect finished products to ensure coating quality and uniform coverage
Maintain a clean and organized work area in a shop/manufacturing environment
Qualifications
2–4 years of powder coating or industrial painting experience
Experience operating
powder coating equipment and spray guns
Ability to maintain
consistent color application and coating quality
Experience working in a
manufacturing or shop environment
Strong
attention to detail
and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently with minimal training
