Role Description At the Lisa Green Campbel agency we are not your average insurance office. We treat our clients like family, cheer for the Saints like it's our job, and bring the energy every single day. Our office is fast paced, community-focused, and powered by a team that truly cares. We are looking for a receptionist who's the friendly face and voice of our agency. If you've got a positive attitude, a love for helping people, and know how to handle a little fun and a lot of responsibility, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
Giving a warm welcome to every client who walks through the door or calls in
Answering phones promptly and professionally
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
Keeping the front office neat, organized, and full of positive vibes
Helping our clients feel seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they contact us
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
