What You’ll Do This is a very light‑duty, low‑hour role focused on awareness, observation, and communication – not physical labor or maintenance work.
Primary Responsibility:
Conduct one full property walk per week (1‑3 hours total) at a time that works for your schedule.
During your weekly walk, you will:
Walk all common areas, amenities, parking areas, and grounds
Observe overall property conditions
Identify and document anything that may need attention
After your walk, you will:
Send a clear, detailed email summarizing your observations
Include photos (when applicable)
Note any suggested work orders or concerns
Important:
This role does not involve completing repairs or maintenance work
This role does not require responding to resident requests or emergencies
This role is strictly focused on visibility, accountability, and reporting
What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is naturally observant, responsible, and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of living environment.
Required Qualities:
High level of reliability and accountability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Good judgment and awareness of surroundings
Clear written communication skills (email reporting)
Professionalism and ability to represent a positive presence in the community
Preferred (Not Required):
Prior experience in property management, maintenance, or inspections
Familiarity with apartment communities or facilities oversight
Basic understanding of maintenance issues (helpful for identifying concerns)
Minimum Requirements
Must be willing and able to live on-site at Centennial Apartments
Must be able to pass a background check (a conviction does not automatically disqualify a candidate)
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
Must have access to a smartphone for photos and email reporting
Must meet standard rental qualification requirements, including the ability to demonstrate sufficient income to cover rent and living expenses (no credit check required)
