Full-Time | Year-Round Employment
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape & Hardscape Foreman and Technicians to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing high-quality landscape and hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, plant installations, and outdoor living features.
The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a team environment, and understands the importance of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Now Hiring Experienced Landscape & Hardscape Foreman and Techs
Key Responsibilities
Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways
Build retaining walls (segmental block, natural stone)
Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
Install drainage systems and erosion control measures
Set base materials and compact to proper specifications
Operate skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, and hand tools
Install planting beds, trees, shrubs, and mulch
Read and interpret basic landscape construction plans
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Work collaboratively with crew members and foreman
Qualifications
1+ year experience in landscape or hardscape installation preferred
Experience with paver systems and wall systems strongly preferred
Ability to operate light equipment safely
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
Knowledge of proper base prep and grading techniques a plus
